Algae Depot offers the following Returns Policy:

Replacements

Algae Cultures - Any culture that is not viable upon receipt, or is not the correct species, will be replaced at no cost.

Materials and Supplies - Defective materials and supplies will be replaced at no cost.

Returns

Algae Cultures and Algae Nutrients cannot be returned and no refund will be given.

Other materials can be returned only if unopened and/or unused. A refund of the purchase price (minus shipping) will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for all returned goods.
